Review by hotel critic
My family of five, including our two young kids, recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at Mundaring Weir Hotel. the warm welcome drink set the tone for a fantastic experience at this historic gem just a short drive from Perth. We were charmed by the super friendly staff, and the tranquil ambiance of the place made for a peaceful and restful night. Each room at the hotel was well-equipped, boasting modern amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and a private bathroom. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the comfortable beds to the free toiletries provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. the à la carte menu offered a variety of delicious options, setting us up for a day of exploring the nearby natural wonders. Overall, Mundaring Weir Hotel offered us a unique blend of nature and historic charm, making it a perfect destination for families and couples alike. I can't recommend this place highly enough for those seeking a tranquil retreat with a touch of Australian wilderness.
